Our experiences are designed to engage body, mind, and creativity, offering full immersion in nature and the present moment:


Yoga sessions (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin) for all levels

Forest bathing (guided sessions following the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku)

Slow-paced mindful hikes with breathing, listening and mindfulness practices

Guided meditations, moments of silence and sharing circles


Nature-based themed workshops, including:


    • Ceramics: creating pieces inspired by the earth and nature
    • Floral design: crafting floral compositions with local materials
    • Mindfulness photography: using the lens to develop awareness
- Do I need prior experience with yoga or other practices?

  • Hikes: No minimum age when accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • Bike activities: Minimum age 12 (for safety and handling)

- What should I bring for hikes?

To enjoy your experience safely and comfortably, we recommend bringing:


  • Comfortable, layered clothing suitable for weather (including a rain jacket)
  • Hiking shoes or sturdy closed-toe shoes with good grip
  • Water bottle (minimum 1 liter)
  • Light snacks
  • Small backpack for essentials
  • Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses
  • Insect repellent

You’ll receive a detailed checklist based on the specific hike once your booking is confirmed.

- What’s included in the package?

Each experience is designed to be stress-free and complete. Included:


  • Yoga mat (or bring your own)
  • Certified guide for forest bathing and hikes
  • Light meal/lunch box (included in some events ; see event description)
  • Pre-event info: schedule, meeting point, helpful tips
  • Transportation (where needed) is not included but can be arranged upon request with a small fee. Let us know at booking, and we’ll provide the options.
- Do activities take place in all weather conditions?

Yes, unless there are extreme weather conditions (e.g., storms or weather alerts). In case of bad weather, we will notify you in advance of any rescheduling or location changes.

  • Hikes and sensory walks: at least 5 days before (depending on logistics and availability)
- Where do the activities take place?

All activities are held in carefully selected natural locations: forests, mountain trails, and scenic hills. Each event specifies the exact location and meeting point.

- Are there general conditions I should know about?

Yes, to ensure a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience, please be aware of the following:


  • Route changes for safety: Guides may alter or cancel routes due to unsafe environmental or weather conditions
  • Minors: Allowed only with a parent or responsible adult
  • Mandatory gear: For group safety, guides may refuse participation to anyone without appropriate clothing or equipment
  • Insurance: All participants are covered by liability insurance from the start to the end of the activity


Our aim is to offer a safe and meaningful experience where respect for nature and the group is essential.

- Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, we ask for conscious cancellations so we can offer your spot to others.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event: No refund
  • Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: You can choose between a full refund or transferring your fee to another experience (depending on availability) We believe in mutual respect for time, energy and the space each experience requires.
- What happens if you cancel an activity?

Nature is our partner, but sometimes flexibility is needed.
If we cancel due to weather, logistics, or force majeure, we’ll offer you:

  • An alternative activity on a different date
  • A full refund (upon request). Our goal is to ensure the best possible experience while honoring your trust and safety.
- How many people join each activity?

Our experiences are for small groups to ensure quality, connection, and authenticity.
Each event specifies a minimum number of participants. You’ll receive confirmation at least 48 hours in advance.

If the minimum is not met, the activity may still proceed with a small price increase per person this will be communicated in advance. You may also choose to join on a different date.

- Can I bring my dog or other animals?

We understand the desire to share outdoor experiences with pets, but to ensure calm, safety, and group harmony:

  • Animals are allowed only during private experiences without other participants
    This choice respects the group and the moments of silence and concentration.

- How do I pay?
