On the mountain slopes, magnificent fuchsia globes bloom among the green bushes: these arethe stunning wild peonies. The ideal place to admire them is the precious Orecchiella Nature Reserve, where nature reigns supreme. Here, in the kingdom of eagles, deer, and wolves, grow wonderful botanical species, including the peony, which explodes in a spectacular bloom on the slopes
of Pania di Corfino in June. From this peak, known as “the terrace of Garfagnana,” an unforgettable and unique view unfolds.
